It is very necessary to know the correct procedure of pulling to get the maximum effect of the procedure. You need 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (coconut oil is recommended) in your mouth and swish it around the mouth, making sure that it covers the whole mouth nicely. Keep swishing it for 20 minutes nicely in your mouth and after that spit it out and you will see the oil getting thicker and murkier than before and should be somewhere the color of creamy white. That is an indication of the mouth being cleaned thoroughly and this spit should be let out in a trashcan and not in the basin, as it contains all the bacteria and harmful elements from your mouth and remember not to swallow this spit. Now rinse the mouth with some warm water nicely and then brush your teeth with your regularly used toothpaste as before. Though it will take some time to get used to, eventually the habit will form and your mouth will be free of bad breath causing harmful bacteria and there will be no plaque left on the teeth without damaging the enamel.
