• One must have a positive mindset where they need to believe that they are on the path to recovery.
• While exercising, a patient should not get distracted by anything and should always keep his focus on the atmosphere around him, so that he is able to do the workout calmly.
• If at any point during the workout, you feel anger, disappointment or frustration, then take a pause and try to come back to the positive mindset.
• Try to always finish the workout with a positive affirmation, such as; “Today’s workout has been very useful and I have achieved a lot.”
