This is an important tell tale sign of a hormonal problem. The hormone androgen is manufactured in men by their testicles and in women by their ovaries. Deficiency in this hormone can lead to poor libido in women as well.
Excess Fatigue
If you wake up feeling tired even after resting the whole night, it could signal a hormonal problem. Cortisol is the culprit here as well. Due to chronic stress, people may experience something called Adrenal Fatigue. Cortisol controls the Circardian Rhythm. When this is disrupted, it leads to low levels of cortisol which leaves you feeling tired and drained out.
Another hormone responsible for fatigue is known as the TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating-Hormone). When it is quite high, it results in chronic fatigue. Thyroid gland malfunction is the culprit here.

Disturbed Sleep
Insomnia and disturbed sleep are often experienced by women undergoing Menopause or Perimenopause. The change in the hormonal balance leads to this. Hormonal levels and balances are addressed during sleep, and sleep deprivation affects the body in many ways. It could lead to cardiac, fertility and mental health issues. The hormone Estrogen is responsible for ensuring regular sleep patterns. Hence any deficiency in this hormone can lead to insomnia.
Testosterone deficiency can also cause health issues in women. Excess Sweating
If you are sweating excessively, it could signal a hormonal imbalance. Women undergoing Menopause experience hot flashes at night.
