Getting to know about the world is a good thing, but that is called knowledge, not living in that fact. If you find yourself thinking about all those events about which you got to know from social media and are not really connected to what is happening in your life, then you need to take that break for sure!

You may think how health and social media are connected! Well, for a start you don’t ever seem to find time to exercise because you are too busy watching pictures of chiseled actors, your eyes and head hurt before you go to sleep, and even when you wake up at times, you are never satisfied by the amount and quality of the sleep, your fingers, back and neck hurt! Need I elaborate more? I guess not! So, if you see that these things are constantly happening to you, and the condition is worsening, then it might just be a good idea that you cut the connection from the internet for some time and make a connection with your mind, body, and soul.
Currently, we all are living in a world driven by the Internet, and being in line with the current times is a good thing, but what is not good is that you don’t take care of the things that actually matter; your relationships, your body and your life. So, I think we should be the ones that use technology, not be the one that gets used by the technology. What are your thoughts on this one?
