It is one of the oldest mysteries on the Internet. The year was 2000 when the man by the name of John Titor showed up on the message boards all over the Usenet. He was claiming that he is a time traveler, from the year 2036. As you can already guess, he tried to warn us back in the days of some catastrophic change this world will go through.
However shocking his claims seemed to be, they didn’t remain a mystery for long. His predictions of a 2004 civil war and nuclear bombing of the United States never came true so he was marked as the ultimate troll.
