8 Keep your laptop or PC’s monitor away from direct sunlight

Prolonged exposure to sunlight can fade away the colors of your display.

9 Don’t touch your laptop monitor with bare fingers

Laptop monitors are very sensitive and vulnerable. Touching them with bare fingers can make permanent dark spots. Use lint free wipes to wipe a screen but never use window cleaning liquid which contains ammonia and can damage the screen.

10 Make sure you don’t leave anything on your laptop before closing it

Most people leave breadcrumbs and what not on their laptop keyboard and then close it. Doing that with items such as breadcrumbs can be extremely dangerous for the monitor’s glass surface.
