10 Sudden weight loss without trying

Sudden weight loss without trying is one of the first noticeable signs of cancer. This sign is very common in people diagnosed with lung and breast cancer. Weight loss often happens, when the cancerous cells spread to the liver and have an impact on its functionality, particularly the functions related to removing toxins and regulating appetite. Sudden weight loss may also be the sign of digestive cancers.If you lose 10 pounds of weight in a month without any deliberate attempt to do so, then you should immediately consult a doctor.

9 Frequent fevers or infections

Fever is actually quite common in cancer, but it mostly occurs when the cancer cells have spread to other parts. Prolonged and frequent fever can be the sign of cancerous conditions like lymphoma or leukemia.

8 Fatigue

If you feel tired or weak, even after taking proper rest and adequate sleep, then you should immediately consult a doctor. Fatigue mostly increases when the cancer grows. Colon or stomach cancers may even result in blood loss, which may make you feel tired and dizzy all the time.

4 Changes in the appearance of skin moles

If there are changes in the sizes of moles then it would rarely cause pain or any other serious health issue. However, doctors recommend cancer screening when you notice a new mole or changes in the size and shape of the existing mole. 3 Changes in nails

For instance, blood in the urine can be caused by kidney or bladder cancer. Vomiting blood may be a symptom of stomach, lung, or esophageal cancer. Bloody discharge from the nipples may be a sign of breast cancer. Abnormal bleeding from any part of the body needs to be checked by the doctor as soon as possible.

1 Jaundice

Jaundice is a serious health issue and usually associated with the gallbladder or liver problem. However, it can also be the first sign of pancreatic cancer.

All these signs do not mean you have cancer, but its better to be just sure. If you find reasons for these conditions, good enough, but if any known condition is not found, and the symptoms stay for a longer period of time and worsen with time, then the first thing to be done is to get yourself thoroughly screened by a doctor. Cancer, if detected early, is curable.
