The study involved people who don't smoke and do regular exercise and maintain a wholesome lifestyle devoid of toxic habits. The study claims that people can follow five habits which will definitely lead to a healthier lifestyle and might add 10 years to your lifespan. So what are the things you must do?

The researchers kept a close look at people who followed the rules and at people who didn't go by them. People who have adopted these rules extended their average life expectancy from 26 to 38 years.
