Punctuality is something that shows that you as a person are organized and know how to manage your time. When someone asks you to be present for a meeting or interview at a certain time, it is better to reach the place atleast 15 mins early in order to be present when the person in question comes out to meet you. In case, you are stuck in traffic or some problem, it is polite to give a call to your contact and let them know and apologize for the delay.
