2 Place some objects around yourself

Strange as it may seem, this is an effective method to prevent wrinkles. Frequently changing sleeping positions is one of the main causes of body wrinkles. This method is weird but it works to prevent you from sleeping in uncomfortable sleeping positions. Lay tall piles of objects that won’t injure you such as laundry baskets and books. What you could also do is place tow large bolster pillows at your sides and the objects around them to prevent them rolling away.
