Rossi says that it is the media and industry that makes us believe we need an umpteen number of products for good skin. Every day you find a new anti-aging or rejuvenation cream being launched costing exorbitant amounts of money. Rossi instead uses a mixture of sugar and olive to make a facial scrub. She also uses rapeseed oil for her long beautiful vibrant hair.

Rossi says that just maintaining your body externally isn’t enough. You also have to abide by a healthy diet and that for Rossi involves olive oil. “The best thing for the skin is to eat enough healthy fats on a daily basis and to oxygenate well while exercising. I never eat processed, frozen, microwaved or low-fat food”.
